Griffin's 2012 chapter lists Commission process constraints (Zelikow, funding, access) and twelve claimed omissions, with footnotes to named books, newspapers, and the Report itself.
Interpretation
That the Commission was not truth-seeking is Griffin's conclusion. Individual omissions must be checked against the Report and hearing record (several are already open contradictions here).
