Observation

Columbia's 9/11 oral-history project reports five programmes, over 900 hours with over 600 people, 351 of them open, plus a 2011 book. Transcripts were not ingested.

Interpretation

A major memory archive exists. Until transcripts are pulled, no new explosion-language or stand-down claims follow from the catalogue count.

This is a catalogue of a major oral-history corpus, overlapping in subject with FDNY oral histories already in the lab (EVD-112) but not identical — CCOHR is a civilian/city-memory project, not the fire-department lawsuit release.
