OBSERVATION: Two city officials were trapped in WTC 7 and described explosion-like events. Jennings' later interviews have been used to argue explosions occurred in WTC 7 before the twin towers fell. Other reconstructions place their ordeal after WTC 1's collapse debris hit WTC 7.

The fact they were trapped is not in dispute. The clock time of the 'explosion' is.
