Observation
NTSB ACARS/ATC text quoted by NSArchive: UA93 received a 09:23 warning about cockpit intrusion and the NY impacts, then at 09:28 transmitted a mayday / 'hey get out of here' as it was hijacked.
Interpretation
Supports the hijack-then-crash sequence used against H013. A wording variance vs the Commission is a transcript discrepancy, not evidence of a missile.
Source text
OBSERVATION (NSAEBB 196 editor note on the NTSB ATC/ACARS package). 09:23 ACARS to UA93 warns of cockpit intrusion and two aircraft hitting the Trade Center. 09:28 UA93 transmits mayday / 'hey get out of here' as hijack begins. The Archive says this NTSB transcript 'differs slightly' from the Commission's text of the same warning. Slight wording variance is flagged; both versions are a cockpit-intrusion warning minutes before the hijack, not a shoot-down order.
Hypothesis linkage
09:23 warning then 09:28 hijack mayday is the passenger-revolt sequence, not a shoot-down order.
