Observation
A October 2002 Digital Archive story claims a visitor party was on the WTC observation deck around 22:00 on 10 September 2001 and was offered rain checks dated 11 September.
Interpretation
If the rain check existed it would be a strong contemporaneous paper object. It is not in this file. Treat as unverified family recollection.

OBSERVATION (911DA Stories item 3524, story8563.xml). Date Entered 2002-10-22. Writer's father was in NYC for the National Merchandise Show, stayed on, visited the towers the night of 10 September ~22:00, last group up, rain checks dated 11 September offered because of poor visibility; father went up anyway, took pictures, last onto the elevator down. This is a 13-month-later second-hand family story. No rain-check image is attached to the API object. Not a 10 September instrument.
