Observation

BBC World reported WTC 7 had collapsed at a time when the building was still standing on camera.

Interpretation

Documented premature report. Advance-knowledge vs rumour-error is not settled by the tape alone.

Source text

OBSERVATION: A BBC live shot on the afternoon of 11 September reports Building 7's collapse while the structure is still in view. The building did collapse later (~17:20).

BBC later said it was using a Reuters/agency feed that had jumped the gun amid chaotic information.

INTERPRETATION A: innocent news error in a day of rumours (CNN and others also had premature Building 7 reports).

INTERPRETATION B: the BBC had advance knowledge of a planned demolition.

Multiple networks making the same premature error weakens a BBC-specific plot and still leaves a question about why WTC 7 was being reported as down hours after the towers.
