Observation
Bayoumi and Bin Don gave inconsistent accounts of a mosque visit on the day of the restaurant meeting.
Interpretation
Inconsistency is documented. It may indicate faded memory, or concealment of a Thumairy meeting. FBI later materials (EVD-025-ish / EVD-024) argue concealment.
Source text
OBSERVATION: Two witnesses to the same 1 February 2000 trip disagree on whether the King Fahd Mosque was visited. The mosque is where Thumairy served. If Bin Don is right, the restaurant meeting sits inside a mosque-day, which matters for the 'random restaurant' story.
